Picture above is one year old. This is the time when PT KAI introduced ticket vending machine in Bogor Station. As yo can see, there's office near the machine to help the commuters. But right now (Jan 2017), Bogor has a lot of this machine and limited number of officer (usually to change money as the machine only work on smaller change).
As the commuter myself, remembering how PT KAI transform its service is remarkable. Being live abroad many times, from time to time, I feel hopeless how Indonesia can catch up. But looking at PT KAI, I know we will have bright future. What do you think?
